WHAT season are you in your life? Do you find yourself trying to make sense of everything around you or do you find yourself progressing well in all areas of your life?

These were some of the thought-provoking questions that Ps. Troy Marshall posed to the congregation of CHCKL during our special weekend services with him.

Ps. Troy Marshall encouraged and prayed for members.

Ps. Troy taught about the four seasons of Christian life by using the breaking of the bread by Jesus – how He Took it, Blessed it, Broke it and Gave it – as an illustration of the different seasons that Christians go through.

He encouraged and prayed for members who were going through their season of brokenness to persevere and embrace God’s perfecting work in their life as it will help develop good character. “You can shorten this period (the season of brokenness) by going through it with a good attitude,” he said.

It truly was a weekend of restoration and renewal for many.

Ps. Troy also preached about the different levels of relationship with God and the importance for every believer to deal with offences in their lives that could affect their fellowship with God. “Deal with every offence in your heart and deal with it quick,” he said. It truly was a weekend of restoration and renewal for many.
